Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original L’AGENCE box with all tags attached.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please ensure your package is scanned to initiate tracking updates.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
